In the year 2025 can we PLEASE leave mom shaming + parental fear mongering behind??

So many people talked me out of sleep training Ezra & created this fear within me that it would sever my attachment with my baby or teach him that I don’t care about his needs. What I found was that was so far from the truth. This lil boy is still on me like white on rice everyday all day & he still runs to me for comfort because he knows that I care about his needs. So basically, I went a year+ sleeping miserably for nothing. 🫠

After just a few days of following a tweaked version of the Ferber method from @takingcarababies , our baby is sleeping 10-12 hours on his own and waking up so happy and well rested, and I am doing the same 🙏🏾 I’m so much more productive because of it, and now my husband and I have our bed back!

Knowing what I know now, I would have definitely done it sooner. So if you’re struggling with your babies not sleeping, I encourage you to look into it and see if it’s right for you and your baby. I’m here to support or answer any questions you might have about my journey. We’re all just doing our best here 🫶🏾
